If your child is well use the waiting area on the right, if ill use the waiting area on the left.
Generally, an ill child will be seen before a well child – I hope that you appreciate that the ill child is a priority.
You will be asked to sign consent for treatment for your child, and a form stating that you have been provided notice of our HIPAA policy. The detailed policy is available for review on the website and at the office.
Our aim is to have you in the exam room within 15 minutes of your arrival at the front desk. If we do not meet this aim, you will receive 2 tickets to the movies (or equivalent). If you would like to be contacted when the exam room is ready for you when you arrive, please let us know.

- How you would like to be contacted (phone, email, text message, etc), when you make the appointment?
Please review the forms page on the website prior to coming to the office. You may need to print out, fill in and bring relevant form(s). e.g. if you will not be accompanying your child you will need to provide an authorization form.
